Find here all the information related to your personnal account.

I am not a Fidel Fillaud customer yet :

In order to create an account, you just need to click on "Log in" at the top right of your screen, and then on "Create your account".
As a new customer and prior to placing your first order, you'll have to fill-out a form, in particual to collect any specific constraints such as delivery information.

I am already a Fidel Fillaud customer, but I've never ordered on your website:

Just click on "Log in". Then you'll be able to confirm your account by filling in all the information required for your future orders.


The message " An account is already created with this email adress" is displayed :
You have probably already created an account at Fidel Fillaud at some point.
For security reasons, it's not possible to create several accounts with the same email adress. In this case, you just need to log in with your login credentials. If you have forgotten your password, just click on this page 

The message " Your commercial Regist. Number is already in the database" is displayed :
It means that an account is already active under your companyu commercial registration number. You can still create your own account by clicking on "Log in" and then on "create your account". To do so, you'll just need to inform your customer number indicated on your Fidel Fillaud invoices and your company's postcode. Thus the registration form will be automatically filled out with the information related to the active account. If you do not have an invoice yet, or you can't find your customer number, you are invited to directly contact us by chat, or by phone.


You just have to visit this page and fill in your email address. We will send you right away a link by email to reset your password. 


To consult your orders, you need to be logged-in to your account.

Once logged in, go to "My orders". You'll find here all the details of your current orders, and also your past ones.
You can filter your previous orders by period.


First, log in to your account by entering your email address and password. 
Click on " My account" Tab at the top right, and go to "My information" section. 
Then, you can change your personal information, contact details and save them. 
For security reasons, we will send you immediately a notification by email confirming all your changes.

If you want to permanently change your delivery / billing adresses, you can do it by logging in to your account here.
You will then receive an email to confirm your changes. 

If you want to change your delivery adress for a specific order, you will be invited to add a new delivery adress when you validate your purchase.
